Dr. Elena Carruba brings over 26 years of experience in higher education, research, and leadership. With a PhD and two Master’s degrees, her work spans identity, postcolonial theory, educational technology, and cultural analysis. A multilingual presenter and TEDx organiser, she has shared her insights at 16 international conferences and continues to shape thought leadership through impactful, inclusive research.
